Jain Spices’ modernized factory is divided into separate departments, and its infrastructure is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment such as a fully automated Buhler Sortex Machine, a Packing Machine, and an in-house laboratory. These machines undertake the tasks of cleaning, grading, color sorting, grinding/pulverizing, blending, metal separation, and packing.
The company’s factory is located in Visnagar, a prominent commercial cash crop market in India that is known for its spice production. Jain Spices’ modernized facility is designed to maximize production efficiency and provide its customers with high-quality spices that meet international standards. CLEANING AND SORTING

FULLY AUTOMATED PACKING SYSTEM AND DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINE
Jain Spices uses an advanced automated packing system that is capable of handling a variety of packaging materials, including plastic, metalized foil/film, paper, and fabric product containers. The machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of the chosen packaging material, which is pre-labelled and adorned with the required artwork.
The fully automated packing system can efficiently pack Jain Spices’ products, including their whole spices, with a weight range of 50gm to 5kg. It is a versatile machine that can easily adapt to the different packaging requirements of the company’s various spice products, including the main product, mustard seed.
